Did : Did you suffer a prolonged period of erection prior to this? (4 hours or longer). Is the entire penis turning black (or just specific areas)? Swelling? Itching? Pain? Do you have any general medical conditions (i.e., like diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease)? Does this appear to be a rash, or simply discoloration? Any history of std's?
