Hello. : Hello. I don't know if his penile and eye rash are associated. Chlamydia can cause conjunctivitis which makes the white of eye turn red or pink. Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease. He can make an appointment with his doctor to be evaluated more thoroughly.
