My boyfriend has rash like sores on his penis only afew a week ago seen a er doctor for a eye infection showed the rash too. the er doctor told him it wasnt herps but now there are more rash like bumps. but they do not hurt what so ever.

He : He should see his primary care doctor for a complete work up an evaluation. It definitely does not sound like herpes. Herpes infection tends to be very painful, and usually resolves in about a week to ten days. He could be dealing with a bacterial infection or even syphilis.
