What can i do to rattling mucus on my chest? i am not sick rite now

You : You likely have a lot of mucus to cause the rattling. The first thing is to stay away from cigarette smoke if you know smokers. The second thing is to hydrate very well with water. It is easiest to expell the mucus when it is moist. Recommend at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. An over the counter expectorant can also be helpful (you can talk to the pharmacist at your drug store for specific recommendations). The cadilac is a medical acupuncture treatment that is moving energy and impacting the lungs. Take care.

You : You can try over the counter meds like decongestants and mucolytics, but i suggest seeing a doctor. You may have asthmatic bronchitis or something worse.
