What : What you are experiencing may be what is called mittelschmerz ( pain in the middle of the cycle). This is cramping pain that sometimes accompanies ovulation. Your dark urine is probably a combination of some dehydration plus the vitamins. Your question got submitted to a list of neurology questions so I am giving my opinion, but i think you should get checked out by a gynecologist.
