Yes, : Yes, by your age, most girls have some perforations to their hymen; otherwise the blood would not exit the body when they menstruated. You are still a virgin. That is to be respected.

Definitions matter: Any form of intercourse with a partner= not a virgin Never had sex(intercourse) with a partner= virgin.Some women are born without a hymen or lose it in non-sexual activities.It is not a valid marker for virginity although some cultures suggest it is. Using tampons does not change someone's status.
