Lots of veggies: With lyme disease, toxin removal is improtant. Having an alkaline ph improves toxin removal. Raw fruits and veggies, preferrably organic, are alkaline, eat moderate to small amounts of meat, avoid sugar and starch and eat lots of veggies. Also drink lots of wtar, flavored w/ lemon juice, which also helps to excrete toxins.
