Avoid food: Losing weight and trying not to gain wt while the weight is low or normal. Skipping meals and counting calories. Claiming that he/she is trying to be healthier. Avoiding eating in public, doing lots of exercises, lots of water drinking to fill the stomach when feeling hungry.
