If : If your period is normal, then it is unlikely that pregnancy occurred. If it is lighter or just spotting, then taking a pregnancy would be reasonable. You may want to consider an implantable type of birth control such as Mirena (levonorgestrel) or Implanon so that you won't have to worry in the future, however only condoms prevent infection.
