Not really : Douching is not recommended. It kills off the natural bacteria that protects and cleans the vagina by maintaining normal pH balance. Douching sets you up for frequent yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis.

Likely yes.: This helps clean things out, and as long as other things, like showers are done should be no trouble as long as it is done correctly, according to instructions. Good personal hygiene, along with regular and appropriate visits to the doctor is likely the best way to be safe.
