If : If you haven't been running as much and are now 10 weeks pregnant, you should be cleared by your OB doctor prior to engaging in a vigorous running regimen. If you have already seen your OB and had a complete exam to evaluate your cervix, then you could call and ask if you are cleared to restart your running. You may want to do less initially and see how you tolerate it first.
