Although : Although ultrasounds can be used to help date pregnacies - this is a very tight window- 8 days and 10 days. If there was a larger time betwee having intercourse with the two men, it might have been helpful.

NIPS: Non invasive prenatal screening is available on a sample of mothers blood. As early as 10 weeks, they can isolate fetal cells that circulate in mothers blood and do paternity and other genetic screening. It would require DNA swabs from the prospective fathers for comparison, but will hold up in court.
