I : I am answering this question five days after you asked it. At this point, if you still have bleeding or have continued painful urination or abdominal pain you would need to see the doctor to determine extent of injury and determine if any treatment is necessary.

See your doctor: It may be trauma, and that trauma may lead to infection or other complications, including peritonitis. In addition, any bleeding between periods can indicate other conditions, and you need to see your gyn provider as soon as possible.
