The : The combination of memory loss, loss of motor control of your hand and headaches needs to be evaluated by a neurologist. If this was of sudden onset, hopefully were seen at the emergency room since I am answering this five days after you wrote in with the question.

You need examination: Some kind of neurological problem seems to be developing, and there may be many things that can cause this. You need a full medical evaluation, including a history, physical examination and probably a number of lab tests, depending on the results of the initial evaluation.
