It Shouldn't: If done properly, a lip augmentation with fillers or an implant should not affect the mobility of your mouth, though the swelling may temporarily impair you a bit. Depending on the type of filler used, you may be asked to limit smiling/chewing/talking, avoid sleeping on your stomach, and refrain from any strenuous activity for about a week following the procedure.
