I am having pressure in my retum like an urge to poop, stomach and back pain what could be the cause i have my tubes tied, my husband and i have not been sexualy active in about 3 months so i don't think i am pregnant but i have a lot of the same feelings

Pregnancy : Pregnancy is rare but can occur after a tubal ligation so please take a pregnancy test. If you are having stomach and back pain, urinary symptoms, and especially if you can't eat or have vomiting or fever, then you would have to go to the er.
