Since : Since you had unprotected sex with two different people only a day apart it is virtually impossible to determine who the father is. Actually you had semen from both men inside of you so the father is the man who's sperm penetrated the egg faster, and factors such as when ovulation occurred play a role. You standing up after sex with your ex does not eliminate all he sperm, so his is an effective method. Honestly you have to wait until the baby is born to determine paternity. Unless you had an amniocentesis in the early part of your pregnancy and the specimen was saved, then dna testing can be done this way prior to birth. Best of luck.

Legal issue: You will need to have paternity testing to identify the child's father. There are both short & long term medical and legal considerations. This is generally not done by community hospitals but they can identify a source for testing when the time comes.
