Are YOU okay?: My first question is this, "are you okay with the degree of roughness your partner wants?" if not, either communicate this with him - or leave. Do not allow yourself to be in danger here! it is possible to tear the vaginal tissues; a lubricant may help. You can find a variety in pharmacies now over the counter. I think it would be a good idea to see your doctor, though, to be certain that all's ok.

Blood=tissue damage: Any active non-menstrual bleeding/spotting you have after intercourse would reflect some type of injury to tissues exposed to the mechanical forces involved. You might see a small bleeding site with a close self exam (lighted mirror) or a doc could locate the site. If it is minimal and you keep the areas clean it will likely stop.If you are soaking pads you need to be evaluated.
