Do stay at bed rest and "vaginal rest", which means no intercourse and no tampons. At this stage of pregnancy however nothing that a woman does makes a big difference; they pregnancy depends more on hormonal factors over which we have no control. If you have worse bleeding, more than a pad an hour, pain or light-headedness then call your OB immediately.
