You : You need to go to the er immediately if this is chest pain. Your question doesn't say where the pain is, but if it is chest pain you must be seen immediately. Any chest pain is very concerning and needs a thorough and immediate evaluation. It sounds like you have risk factors. Please be seen immediately in the er.
