There : There is no clear cut answer here. The reason being is because ejaculate is made of other things besides sperm(mainly glandular secretions), therefore it is difficult to make an assumption of what percentage of each ejaculate is sperm regardless of the quantity. The bottom line here is that there are millions of sperm in each ejaculate, therefore i don't think the number of sperm in any amount of ejaculate will be an issue. However, if you are unable to get pregnant after a year of trying you both should have an infertility work up, which would include a semen analysis for your fiance. Best of luck.
