Let : Let keep several things in mind. Anal sex...Vs vaginal is by its nature a more "friction producing" for of sex. I like your train of though...Its very logical. Likely what has happened is the frenulum (on the underside of the penis) was stretched upon insertion into her anus. You didnt say whether or not lubricant was used...But if it wasn't...All the more wear and tear on the skin. The frenulum is more susceptible to injury since it comes to a narrow attachment on the underside of the penis at the base of the glans penis (head). My guess is you have a micro tear or abrasion injury. Now...You mentioned "little bumps". If you look very closely...Most males have what i call micropapules circumscribine the glans penis (head).
