Let : Let keep several things in mind. Anal sex...Vs vaginal is by its nature a more "friction producing" for of sex. I like your train of though...Its very logical. Likely what has happened is the frenulum (on the underside of the penis) was stretched upon insertion into her anus. You didnt say whether or not lubricant was used...But if it wasn't...All the more wear and tear on the skin. The frenulum is more susceptible to injury since it comes to a narrow attachment on the underside of the penis at the base of the glans penis (head). My guess is you have a micro tear or abrasion injury. Now...You mentioned "little bumps". If you look very closely...Most males have what i call micropapules circumscribine the glans penis (head). If you've never really looked close my guess is you never noticed it. Now....In the absence of any other skin "lesion"....You should have little to worry about. Use vasoline on the area...It will help coat the skin defect and thus cause less "stinging". Btw...Leave it alone...Don't go stretching it unnecessarily "looking for something"!

Possibly: You need to reask question and be sure the important part of question makes it onto page! unprotected anal intercourse can cause an urethritis in the male (=pain peeing / discharge), or skin rash. So, if concerned, yes, see dr and get checked.
