I : I cannot diagnose the cause of the swelling on the head of your penis. Your description might be consistent with balanitis which is an infection of the head of the penis. I recommed that you see your doctor, so that she or he can determine the cause of this swelling. If you do have balanitis your doctor may prescribe medication for you.
