I : I recommend going to the emergency room because you could have pyelonephritis. Symptoms of pyelonephritis can include pain or burning when urinating, the feeling that you need to urinate right away, a fever, nausea, bloody or cloudy urine and pain which can affect the sides, back or groin. You may or may not have pyleonephritis but if you do have it, it is best to get it treated (antibiotics) so that you don’t become more ill.
