One : One way to detox your system is to do a one week diet of raw fruits and veggies, no meat or dairy or egs or cheese. It rejunevates digestive enzymes and provides lots of antioxidants. Make sure you eat lots of different colored fruits (berries are a good choice) and vegetables. Another detox method is to take liver protective supplments like milk thistle (silymarin) 600 mg/day, n-acetyl cysteine 600mg/day and Alpha lipoic acid 200-400 mg/day. Drink lots of clean filtered water. There are more things you could do, but this is a good start. Kind regards dr. Tedde rinker.

No such thing: While there is enormous buzz about "detoxing" the body, and dr oz and others talk about it, in my opinion and the opinion of most doctors, we do not accumulate 'toxins' and we do not need to 'detox' ourselves from anything. The liver, the kidneys, the bowels and breath eliminate pretty much everything that is dangerous to us, and all of the remedies- enemas, vitamins- are, in my opinion, useless.

Cleansing: The idea of cleansing your body is , mostly a myth. Your body is a tremendous waste disposal and cleaning instrument. The lungs clean the air you breathe , your kidneys remove all kinds of toxins as does your liver. Your skin is a tremendous cleansing organ . Healthy diet and healthy activity level are the best things to improve your status as well as emotional support.
