My : My best advice is for you to schedule a visit with your primary care provider or a dermatologist if that is an option for you. Typically herpes does not look like bruises, rather fluid filled blisters that are very painful when they initially appear. Also, eczema does not typically look like what you described in your post. You may be dealing with a dermatitis and/or allergy from shaving. Regardless, please see a medical professional. Best of luck.
