A week: Most routine tests urine drug screenings assays do not test for Suboxone since it is not a considered a classic drug of abuse. One generally would have to perform a separate test in the office or ask for it to be performed by a lab. Plus, if prescribed by a licensed doctor for a legitimate reason, should not be a problem. Obviously depends on the situation.
