My private part is burning, is this an infection, disease or virus? the burning didn't start till earlier today, is burning close to the tip, burning on the outside, and didn't go into effect until i started messing with it. it feels like a severe sunburn

Penile : Penile burning is a symptom that is likely due to an infectious process. You could very well have a uti, an std like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Your doctor will do a simple urine test to check for these things. On the other hand, you may be dealing with an allergic reaction. Have you used any new soaps, lotions, creams, lubricants etc?
