What illnesses involve swollen glands, a sore throat, and white blisters in the back of your throat? there are puss pockets on both sides of throat, but only the right side of my throat hurts and is swollen.

This : This sounds like strep throat. However the "white blisters" on your throat are worrisome. The concern is a peritonsilar abscess, which is an emergency that needs to be addressed right away. Seek medical attention asap if you have not done so already. Best of luck.
