Testicular : Testicular pain is a serious matter. By the date of this post your symptoms have resolved or hopefully you have sought out medical care. If not, or for anyone reading this post please note that testicular pain warrants a medical evaluation. The most concerning cause is testicular torsion, which requires immediate surgery, bruising secondary to trauma, epididymitis, std's, prostatitis, etc. Are all possible causes. Therefore the bottom line is if you have testicular pain seek care right away.
