I : I hope i understand your post. You have been bleeding for a whole year? I am assuming it has been on and off and not daily. The reason i say this is because you likely would have developed severe anemia by this point characterized by fatigue, pale skin, etc. Which would have brought you to the emergency room. Regardless, you need to find a low or no cost clinic in your area; if you are unsuccessful visit your local county hospital for help. This type of bleeding can be due to uterine fibroids (benign tumors of thr uterus), endometrial hyperplasia (abnormal changes in the uterus), uterine cancer etc. You need a pelvic exam, pap smear, and pelvic ultrasound to start. There are treatments available to stop the bleeding, you will aslo likely need iron. Please seek care right away.
