Are mosquitoes more attracted to pregnant women?

Yes, maybe: Mosquitoes are attracted to heat. Since pregnant women have a higher core temperature, they might have a higher skin temperature as well. I have never heard that mosquitoes were more of a problem for pregnant women than nonpregnant women, however.
