46 : 46 pounds in one month is very extreme. The average weight gain for pregnancy is 25-30 pounds for the whole pregnancy. If four tests have been neg, then you are likely not pregnant. On the other hand the weight gain is worrisome. It could be fluid which could indicate a heart/circulatory problem, uterine or other gynelogical isse like a tumor; also hormonal issues (i.E thyroid) and diabetes need to be ruled out.
