Am i having symptoms of indometriosis. why am i having severe vaginal pain with tightness in that area along with green discharge containing bloody clots.

Severe : Severe vaginal pain, discharge, and clots could indicate a bacterial infection. Endometriosis is a possibility, but less likely. I recommend you schedule an appointment with your gynecologist or primary care provider for a pap smear and pelvic exam. Other testing may be in order as well (std check, ultrasound), and if endometriois is a possibility then a more invasive type of surgical diagnostic test may be in order.
