Yes: Opiods, (opium, morphine and related narcotics) come from the poppy plant. The poppy seeds used on food are from a related plant. Though yummy they can make you test positive for opiods on a drug screen. This affect can last for 48 hours. There have been several cases of firings based on this finding which, though they were overturned later, caused untold woes. Best thing is to avoid.
