Air : Air pushed out of your vagina sounds a lot like someone passing gas. In addition to this, the fact that water gets trapped in your vagina and is slowly released after a bath leads me to believe you have a malformation in your hymen. The hymen is a membrane that surrounds or partially covers the external vaginal opening and is usually torn or dilated after having sex for the first time, riding a bike or horse, and often times during sports or other physical activity. You may have torn it in such a way that air and water is getting stuck behind it resulting in your symptoms. Please see a gynecologist for an evaluation. If this is the problem then a minor surgical procedure should correct it, or your doctor may say have more sex if you are sexually active. Good luck.

Vaginal "gas": The vagina can "suck in" air when exercising, lifting or straining, especially in women who have had several vaginal births. Have a GYN MD examine the vagina for abnormal communications with the rectum or bowel (fistula), or other abnormalities that can be corrected.
