It : It is possible that early in pregnancy, the urine pregnancy tests can be negative. Your physician could draw a serum pregnancy test which might be more sensitive. Best wishes.

Blood test: You may wish to see you doctor and get a blood test for HCG levels. If you still have concerns, you could request an ultrasound examination 2-3 weeks after a missed period.
