I : I am concerned because herpes lesions can often present as small cuts. I recommend you have yourself evaluated by a doctor in order to rule out herpes. Cuts on Penis: The small cuts may be the result of poor skin quality. Please see your doctor. You don’t want them to become infected. Also, avoid any creams that contain alcohol because it is drying. Peace and good health.
