The : The standard answer is to use barrier contraception , condoms, for a month until after you start your next period while on the pill.

BCP ?'s: Stopping birth control pills if you had regular periods prior to the pill will usually result in ovulation seven to ten days after the last placebo pill, or about 14-16 days after the last "active bcp". If your cycles were longer than 28 days apart, ovulation usually occurs 14 days PRIOR to your period starting.
