It : It is very unlikely that you have acne on your penis. Due to the fact that they "pop" and are "small and white" does not necessarily meant they are acne. You may be dealing with a fungal infection or even venereal warts. It is very hard to say without seeing the lesions in question, therefore i recommend you get a medical evaluation before you continue to self treat. Good luck.
