Please take a urine pregnancy test to put your mind at rest. I am concerned about your back pain--if you have any symptoms of a urinary infection please get that tested, these include going more often, burning with urination, back pain, vomiting, and fever. If your symptoms persist or worsen then please have a medical evaluation.
