Rheumatoid : Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease of the joints and many other systems of the body . That could include the lung, skin, kidneys etc . It might have generalized symptoms such as fever, general malaise weakness or fatigue . Or / and it might give inflamation opf the small or medium sized joint , or the large joint , that bring bones together , with stiffnes of theses structures and is present for more than six week the doctor and specially the rheumatologist is the one that has the knowlegde to make the diuagnosis and to choose adecuate therapies.

Swollen joints.: Multiple swollen or painful joints, with no injury to them, could be signs of rheumatoid arthritis. See a rheumatologist for a workup.
