That : That is an unusual complaint for a child that age. I agree with her aunt that she should have blood work performed. It sounds like she is having adequate nutrition, so i would urge you to have her medically evaluated.

Growing pains: Leg pain is probably aching in muscles, and doubt cramping as the cause next time there is complaint, check out area; cramping results in balling up of the muscle in area of concern, presenting as a mass. Massaging area may help relieve the cramping.
