There : There is a chance you could be pregnant, or like you stated you could be having a longer than normal cycle. Spotting can represent implantation bleeding, which typically occurs around 10-14 days after ovulation. This may have been the spotting or cramping you experienced, my advice to you would be to request your doctor order a serum (blood) pregnancy test. Then you will know for sure either way. Know this can be a very frustrating time, and very difficult to navigate on your own, so seek help from your doctor, and feel free to continue asking the doctors here on avvo. Good luck to you.
