There : There is a chance that you could be pregnant. The hormone of pregnancy (beta hcg) that is detected in over the counter home pregnancy test varies from test to test, meaning the amount it picks up varies. If you are in the early stages of pregnancy, then there is a chance that the level is too low for the test to pick it up so to speak. To be certain a blood test can be ordered by your familty doctor or ob/gyn to give you a definitive answer. The more pressing issue is the the burning and cramping you are feeling in your lower abdomen. This could be a sign that you may miscarry if you are pregnant, premenstrual cramps, or even a UTI (urinary tract infection). It is up to your doctor to figure this out.On the other hand, if in fact you are pregnant, serial blood tests can be done to determine if your pregnancy is progressing or not (inevitable miscarriage). Either way you need to be seen right away. Good luck to you.

Period : Pregnancy can cause breast to be sore . In early pregnancy , pregnancy test can be negative . Burning and cramping feeling with delayed period can be due to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy. Please see your doctor for further examination, and bloods .
