Yes, : Yes, this can be normal. Smal microtears can occur around the opening of the vagina during aggressive sex, if you are naturally small in that area or if your partner has a large penis. Naturally, as a result of the microtears in the vaginal, contact with urine can cause a stinging sensation. Over time, your body will adjust to your partner's size, however if your partner is being too aggressive during sex, ask him to be more gentle.

Not normal: There are many causes of your symptoms including a bladder infection, and/or hymenal or vaginal abnormality. Have a GYN MD exam and find out why.
