The : The brown clumps is just your body eliminating the uterine lining *that was not discharged during your period) and this can happen between periods. There is usually no concerns with this. If you begin to have severe abdominal pains or pelvic cramping, do call your doctor. The brown clumps or clots are normal.

See your doctor: Brown discharge is typically light bleeding. Irregular bleeding/brown discharge is common in the first 3 months of birth controll pills, and can also occur if you miss pills. But, there are lots of causes of bleeding, including pregnancy, stds, other infections, polyps, or fibroids. You should see your doctor.
