I : I understand why your are anxious. It is a good thing that you used a condom. If no semen came in contact with your vaginal fluids, then the risk of pregnancy is low. When you go to see you obgyn, ask him/her to give you a pregnancy test. In the meantime, note that once you start taking birth control pill, it will not be effective for 7 days. It is recommended that you use a backup method for the entire first pack you will need to use a condom, and should always use a condom regardless. The birth control pill protects against pregnancy, but does not protect you from HIV and other stds. Always use a condom.
