Vaginal : Vaginal bleeding in between periods coul dbe a sign of an infection (could be bladder, kidney, pelvic). Give your primary doctor a call to let him/her know what is going on. Women do not typically bleed upon ovulation. If you start feeling any abdominal or pelvic cramping/pains, spike a fever or start seeing blood in your urine, see a doctor urgently.

Get examined: If the bleeding continues, get examined by a GYN MD who can determine the source and possible resolve the problem.
