Home : Home pregnancy tests are quite reliable particularly if you throwing up. High levels of HCG are linked to morning sickness/nausea/vomiting. If you buy another brand of pregnancy test and it is still negative you should search out another reason for the vomiting.

MORE INFO: YOU DIDN'T SAY HOW LATE YOUR PERIOD IS. IF YOU JUST MISSED IT - CONSIDER REPEATING THE PREGNANCY TEST IN A WEEK WITH AN EARLY MORNING VOID.
